TICKETS & ENTRY

• Q: Is this an all-ages festival?

Yes! One Big Party is an all-ages event.
- Guests under 16 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older
- Must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID to drink alcohol

• Q: Is re-entry allowed?

No. There is no re-entry after your ticket is scanned.

• Q: Can I get a refund if I can’t attend or the weather is bad?

No. All sales are final. This event is rain or shine, with no refunds for any reason, including illness, schedule conflicts, travel issues, or weather conditions.

• Q: Can I resell or transfer my ticket?

Yes — but use trusted ticketing platforms. Our ticketing partner, Posh.VIP Supports ticket transfers directly within their app. The festival is not responsible for third-party fraud or resale issues.

• Q: What forms of ID are accepted?

Valid government-issued photo ID is required to enter 21+ areas and drink alcohol. Acceptable IDs include:
- State ID or driver’s license
- U.S. or international passport
- Military ID

• Q: Can I bring my ticket on my phone?

Yes! Just make sure to screenshot or download your QR code ahead of time in case of signal issues.

COSTUMES

• Q: Can I wear a costume?

Yes — Halloween costumes are welcome and encouraged! Please follow these rules:
- Face paint is allowed
- No full-face masks
- Plastic props only (no sharp or metal objects)
- No fake weapons or items that resemble real ones
- Costumes must not block others’ views or cause safety concerns
- Staff reserves the right to deny entry or ask for adjustments to unsafe costumes

• Q: Are glow sticks or LED accessories okay?

Yes — LED gear, light-up accessories, and flow toys are welcome as long as they don’t disrupt others.

BAG POLICY & SECURITY

• Q: What kind of bags are allowed?

Only see-through clear bags are permitted:
- Clear plastic/vinyl/PVC bags (max size: 12” x 6” x 12”)
- Clear fanny packs
- Small clutch bags (max 4.5” x 6.5”)
- Empty hydration packs (no more than 2 compartments)

• Q: What bags are NOT allowed?

Backpacks that are not clear
Drawstring bags, duffels, or purses
Multi-compartment bags that aren’t transparent

• Q: Will there be security checks?

Yes — all attendees and bags will be searched by security prior to entry. Expect metal detectors and bag checks.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

- Weapons or weapon replicas
- Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia
- Outside food or drink (except for medical or infant needs)
- Glass containers
- Drones
- Fireworks or explosives
- Umbrellas, chairs, blankets, or inflatables
- Full-face masks
- Pets (only service animals with documentation)
- Offensive or dangerous costume props
- Flyers, posters, or promotional items

ALLOWED ITEMS

- Clear bags, hydration packs (empty)
- Small sealed snacks for medical needs
- Empty reusable water bottles
- Sealed lip balm, gum, and tissues

- Costumes, face paint, plastic props
- Glow sticks and LED gear
- Rain ponchos and hats
- Disposable vapes (21+ areas only)

FOOD, DRINK, & PAYMENT

• Q: Will food and drinks be available?

Yes — we’ll have a variety of food vendors, non-alcoholic beverages, and bars for 21+ guests.

• Q: What payment methods are accepted?

- Cash
- Contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit cards)

SMOKING & ALCOHOL

• Q: Can I smoke or vape?

Only in the designated smoking area for 21+ guests. Smoking is prohibited in all general areas.

• Q: Can I drink at the festival?

Yes — for guests 21 and over with a valid government-issued ID. Alcohol will be sold at licensed bars throughout the venue.

WEATHER & REFUND POLICY

• Q: Is the festival rain or shine?

Yes — One Big Party will take place rain or shine.

• Q: Can I get a refund due to weather or any other reason?

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
- Weather (rain, heat, dust, etc.)
- Schedule changes
- Artist cancellations
- Illness or emergencies
- Transportation issues
- Personal conflict or no-shows



MERCHANDISE ORDERS

ALL MERCH ORDERS ARE PRE-SALE ITEMS, WHICH MEANS THEY WILL SHIP IN ORDER OF WHICH THEY ARE RECEIVED - AND WILL TAKE 4-8 WEEKS FOR PRODUCTION + SHIPPING TIME. NO ITEMS WILL BE PICKED UP. ITEMS ORDERED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE FESTIVAL DATE MAY NOT ARRIVE PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
